阿什莉·索斯尔（英语：Ashleigh Southern，1992年10月22日—），出生于昆士兰州的英厄姆，澳大利亚女子水球运动员，亦为澳大利亚国家女子水球队成员。

2012年，阿什莉·索斯尔代表澳大利亚参加英国伦敦举行的奥林匹克运动会女子水球比赛，在铜牌争夺赛中力克匈牙利队，赢得铜牌[2]。她是队中年纪最轻的成员[3]。
