野姜花粽新竹县横山乡客家聚落内湾野姜花粽,起源据说昔时进入内湾交通运输不便,客家居民即以当地油罗溪盛产的野姜花作香料促进食欲,后来野姜花取根、茎晒干研磨成粉末,加上当地山胡椒、山地香菇、黑猪猪肉、客家腌萝卜干、糯米同蒸成香喷喷油饭,再以野姜花叶包粽再蒸,就是野姜花粽
