鄂焕，《三国演义》虚构人物，为高定部将，善使方天画戟。于孔明征朱褒、雍闿时粉墨登场，后被魏延擒获，孔明以礼相待，成功离间高定与朱、雍二人。
后高定派鄂焕斩朱褒、平雍闿，二人一起归蜀，鄂焕遂因其功而被封为牙门将。
