身体完整性（英语：Bodily integrity），一个法律、伦理及哲学术语，意谓着人类的身体是不可以侵犯的。这个概念强调个人自主权的重要，认为人类对于他们自身拥有的肉体拥有自己决定的自主权力。不合伦理原则的侵犯、侵入，或是违反法律的侵犯，都违反了身体完整性的原则。在刑法上的伤害罪、谋杀、性侵犯，以及于社会上、堕胎等议题上，都经常讨论到这个原则。
