螳䗛（gladiators）是螳䗛目（学名：Mantophasmatodea）下的肉食性昆虫。螳䗛目下只有一个螳䗛科。[1]它们是南非西部及纳米比亚的特有种[2]，但从始新世的化石纪录可见，它们原有更广的分布。
螳䗛没有翅膀。它们的外观像螳螂及竹节虫（䗛）的混合体，所以旧称“螳螂竹节虫”。从分子分析证据显示与它们亲缘关系最近的昆虫类群是蛩蠊。[3]它们最初是根据在纳米比亚及坦桑尼亚发现的标本描述的。
