新闻集团英国和爱尔兰公司（News Corp UK & Ireland Limited，多简称News UK）是美国媒体集团新闻集团在英国的全资子公司，也是泰晤士报、星期日泰晤士报、太阳报等报纸的出版公司。
历史
1981年在英国成立，在2002年6月之前，该公司名为新闻国际公司（News International plc）[1]。2011年5月31日，公司名称改为NI集团有限公司（NI Group Limited）[2]，2013年6月26日改为现名[3]。新闻集团英国公司的主要竞争对手是DMG媒体。
