埃斯纳奖（Eisner Award），正式名称为威尔·埃斯纳漫画业奖（The Will Eisner Comic Industry Award），是美国最具代表性的漫画奖[1]。

埃斯纳奖成立于1988年，是承继柯比奖[2]，为奖励美国漫画及漫画从业人员而设，创办者为戴夫·欧布里克。本奖项以漫画家威尔·埃斯纳命名，埃斯纳本人亦热衷于参与每年的颁奖活动，直至2005年其去世为止[1]。
