台院是指唐朝御史台办公的场所。
唐宋两朝，御史台所属机构有台院、殿院和察院鼎三而立，分别由侍御史、殿中侍御史和监察御史任职[1]。台院内的幕僚称侍御史，负责纠弹中央百官，时人又称为“端公”，面对长官则自称“某姓侍御”。
