台湾府南路抚民理番同知又称台湾南路理番同知或台湾理番同知，前身为台湾府海防兼南路理番同知。南路抚民同知官职隶属于台湾道台湾府，为台湾清治时期的重要地方官员，始设置于1875年（光绪元年），官职品等则为正五品。驻扎台东卑南的台湾理番抚民同知官职专司负责东台湾治安与原住民事务，之后又于1888年改制为台东直隶州知州。
