胡姆（克罗地亚语：Hum；意大利语：Colmo；德语：Cholm）是位于克罗地亚西北部伊斯特拉半岛中部的一个城镇。据2001年人口普查，胡姆的人口只有17人[1]，但胡姆拥有正式城镇地位。作为世界最小城市，胡姆城被列入《吉尼斯世界纪录大全》。[2]。
