美国轮船公司（英语：American Steamship Company，缩写为ASC），一间美国船运公司，主要业务为经营五大湖区的自卸船（self-unloading vessels）船队。创建于1907年，目前是通用美国运输公司（General American Transportation Corporation）的子公司。
1907年，美国轮船公司创立于纽约州水牛城，创办人为约翰·博兰（John J. Boland）与亚当·科尼利厄斯（Adam E. Cornelius）。
1967年，并购了奥斯维哥船运公司（Oswego Shipping Company）。
1973年，博兰家族与科尼利厄斯家族，将公司出售给通用美国运输公司。
