罗斯托克市政厅（德语：Rostocker Rathaus）是德国城市罗斯托克的市政厅。罗斯托克市政厅是罗斯托克现存的世俗建筑中历史最古老的一座，也是波罗的海地区最重要的世俗砖砌哥特式建筑之一[1]。
