罗伊·哈特斯利

哈特斯利男爵罗伊·西德尼·乔治·哈特斯利，PC，FRSL（英语：Roy Sydney George Hattersley, Baron Hattersley，1932年12月28日—），英国工党政治家、作家和记者。他于1964年至1997年当选下议院伯明翰斯帕布洛克选区国会议员，期间于1983年至1992年出任工党副党魁。他于1997年获册封终身男爵，晋身上议院。
