维生工资（英语：living wage）是指一个劳工为了支付生活开销（包含食、衣、住、行）的所需的最低收入[1]，往往比最低工资高。在英国及瑞士，维生工资的标准是每周工作40个小时所能获得的工资，不含额外的收入。
