莫斯基托海岸[1]（英语：Mosquito Coast），也被翻译为蚊子海岸，又称米斯基托国（西班牙语：Nación Misquita），是一个历史地区，位于加勒比海西岸，包括现在尼加拉瓜和洪都拉斯的东海岸。它得名于当地的米斯基托人，即“蚊子”。曾是英国保护国。莫斯基托海岸于1894年被纳入尼加拉瓜，但在1960年，国际法院将莫斯基托海岸北部划给洪都拉斯[2]。

莫斯基托海岸一般被定义为莫斯基托领地或米斯基托人王国。十九世纪期间，英国、美国、尼加拉瓜和洪都拉斯之间的国界是国际外交问题。英国和米斯基托人对于莫斯基托海岸的定义包含尼加拉瓜的整个东部海岸，甚至是洪都拉斯的La Mosquitia：也就是RíoNegro或Tinto的西部沿海地区。
