第278步兵师（德语：278. Infanterie-Division）是纳粹德国国防军陆军的一个步兵师。该师原订于1940年5月组建，但法国战役的胜利并没有成事。该师最终于1943年11月组建[2]。
该师组建后，一直在意大利作战。
1945年3月，该师遭受重创后改编为第278国民掷弹兵师（德语：278. Volksgrenadier-Division）。该师最后于1945年5月向美军投降。
