德国国防军陆军第255步兵师（德语：255. Infanterie-Division）是纳粹德国国防军陆军的一个步兵师。该师于1939年8月组建[1]。
该师组建后，首次作战为参与1940年的入侵法国行动。1941年6月，该师参与巴巴罗萨行动，此后一直在东线作战。
该师最后于1943年11月遭受重创后解散。
