石鸿韶，广西象州（今广西壮族自治区象州县）人，清朝政治人物、进士出身。
光绪五年，乡试中举；光绪六年，登进士，改庶吉士[1]。光绪九年，任山西长子县知县[1]。光绪十六年，任云南补用知府。光绪十八年，署云南开化府知府，后任云南楚雄府知府[2]。光绪二十八年，任云南永昌府知府[2]。光绪三十年，任云南迤西道[3]。
