壁磅（缅甸语：ဖျာပုံမြို့; 孟文: , [phya pɜŋ]）是缅甸伊洛瓦底省壁磅县的首府，位在伊洛瓦底江支流壁磅河（Pyapon River）[1]，距安达曼海有15公里，距仰光有75公里[2]。2021年时人口有65601人[3]，是附近农业区的米集散地，也有一个柴油火力发电厂[4]。
