王永占（1945年3月—），中华人民共和国政治人物、外交官。
2000年，接替吴长胜，担任中华人民共和国驻玻利维亚大使[1]。2002年，接替霍淑珍，担任中华人民共和国驻乌拉圭大使[2]。2006年，由汪晓源接任。
