王太后（?—?），中国五胡十六国时代冉魏皇帝冉闵的母亲。她嫁给了冉瞻，生下冉闵。冉闵作为后赵武帝石虎的养孙，改名石闵。永和六年（350年），冉闵杀死了石氏皇族，自称皇帝，追尊其祖父冉隆为元皇帝，父亲冉瞻为烈祖高皇帝，尊母亲王氏为皇太后，立妻董氏为皇后，子冉智为皇太子。之后，史书没有关于王太后的记载，在冉魏灭亡之前，她就已经去世。
