焦延寿（?—?），字赣，一说名赣，字延寿。西汉梁国（治今河南商丘南）人。
家贫好学，得梁敬王之助。学成之后，为郡吏察举，补小黄令。又专心读书，长于《易经》，自言得孟喜之学，后授给学生京房，汉代遂有京氏之学。撰《易林》十六卷[1]。
