清末台湾四大奇案，是清朝末年时台湾的四桩命案，都与鬼神之说有关。众说纷纭，一般说法为《林投姐》、《陈守娘显灵》、《吕祖庙烧金》、《周成过台湾》[1]。
其中《林投姐》、《陈守娘显灵》、《吕祖庙烧金》三案皆发生在府城（今台南市），合称“清末府城三大奇案”[2][3]。“清末府城三大奇案”若加上台北的《周成过台湾》则称“清末台湾四大奇案”[4]，即“林陈吕周四大奇案”[5]，《林投姐》与《周成过台湾》[6]。
有些书刊会混入《运河奇案》、《江山楼奇案》（俗称《乞食开艺旦》）、《二林奇案》、《基隆七号房惨案》等，皆是台湾日治时代的事件，并非清末，却时遭混淆。
