法兰克·朱利安·史伯格（英语：Frank Julian Sprague，1857年7月25日—1934年10月25日），美国发明家兼海军军官，对电动机、电气化铁路和升降机发展有贡献。他促进了都市化：更好的运输系统使城市的大小合理增加，改良升降机技术帮助了摩天大楼发展，继而令商业发展更密集。他有“电力牵引之父”之称。受芝加哥城南高架铁路公司邀请，他成功在芝加哥轨道交通上实施了世界上首个重联控制系统。
