沾解尼师今（？—261年），新罗第12代君主，曾祖父昔仇邹为脱解王与阿孝夫人之子，曾祖母只珍内礼夫人为支所礼王与毛利夫人之女，祖父为伐休尼师今，祖母为紫凰夫人，父骨正；母金氏玉帽夫人乃仇道葛文王（金氏始祖金阏智后人、13代君主味邹尼师今之父）与召文国公主云帽夫人之女。 在位期间，与高句丽讲和，但是与百济屡次交战。 公元250年大将军于老（奈解尼师今之子、讫解尼师今之父）被倭人所杀。
