托马斯·“汤姆”·麦格拉斯（英语：Thomas "Tom" McGrath，1964年8月7日—）是一名美国动画师、配音员、导演和编剧。他与埃里克·达奈尔一起执导了2005年的《马达加斯加》、2008年的《马达加斯加2：逃往非洲》和2012年的《马达加斯加3》。他独自导演了2010年的《超级大坏蛋》。
