比尔·马厄[注 1]（英语：Bill Maher，1956年1月20日—，或译“马艾”、“马赫”等），美国著名单口喜剧表演者、电视谈话节目主持及作家，亦是不定期的社会及时事评论员。自2003年起为HBO谈话节目《马赫脱口秀》（Real Time With Bill Maher）的主持。在2008年他制作了纪录片《宗教的荒谬》（Religulous），籍此探讨美国对宗教的态度。
马厄大学毕业于康乃尔大学，后决定当上了单口喜剧表演者。出道不久后曾当喜剧演员，不太成功后决定继续单口喜剧表演。现时亦会客串演出一些电视节目。成名作为喜剧中心（Comedy Central）1993年开始播出的谈话节目《政治不正确》（Politically Incorrect），该节目非常受欢迎，更曾在1997年跳出有线的电视频道，转由ABC播出，却于2002年因马厄对911事件的言论被取消。2003年，马厄与HBO合作，创制了他现时的节目《马赫脱口秀》。
