段勤（？—359年），中国十六国时期兵变首领之一。鲜卑人，属于段部鲜卑一系，是段部鲜卑首领、辽东公段末波之子。段部鲜卑的辽西公国政权灭亡后，归后赵。
350年，后赵冉闵叛变，建立冉魏，中原再次大乱，时为后赵建义将军的段勤据守黎阳（今中国河南省浚县）。
352年集结胡、羯部众一万余人据守绎幕（今中国山东省平原县），自称赵帝。不久，前燕将领慕容霸率军抵达，段勤随即投降。359年，为前燕所杀。
