核勒索

核勒索（英语：Nuclear blackmail，另名核讹诈或核恐吓）是一种核战略形式，侵略者以使用核武器相威胁，迫使对手采取某些行动或做出某些让步。这是一种与边缘政策有关的敲诈勒索。

效用

历史

• 1950年，美国总统哈瑞·S·杜鲁门公开表示，朝鲜战争期间正在“积极考虑”对中国目标使用核武器。^[1][2][3][4]
• 1953年，美国总统德怀特·艾森豪威胁如果中国拒绝谈判，将使用核武器结束朝鲜战争。^[5][6][4]
• 为了支持中华民国政府的继续存在，美国在1950年代多次对中华人民共和国发出核威胁，迫使离岛撤离，停止对金门和马祖的袭击。^{[7][8][9][3][4]}
• 来自英国国家档案馆的解密文件表明，如果中国在1961年军事收回香港，英国曾考虑以核报复威胁中国。^[10]
• 在2022年俄罗斯入侵乌克兰中，俄罗斯多次对援助乌克兰的国家发出核威胁，包括表示有可能向英国与美国在内的北约爆发核战争。^[11]
