柬埔寨国家奥林匹克委员会（高棉语：គណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិអូឡាំពិកកម្ពុជា；英语：National Olympic Committee of Cambodia）是柬埔寨的国家奥林匹克委员会。该组织成立于1983年，是国际奥委会和亚洲奥林匹克理事会的成员。1996年，他们首次以柬埔寨的名义参加在美国洛杉矶举行的夏季奥运会[1]。而在之前，该国是以高棉为名参加奥运会，但随着赤柬政权在1975年建政，该政府决定退出国际奥委会。直至1983年，柬埔寨政权立国后，他们才重新加入国际奥委会，并得以再参加奥运会。
现时，柬埔寨国家奥林匹克委员会的总部设在金边，主席是Dr Thong Khon。
