林倩绮（1968年10月17日—），中国国民党籍政治人物，台湾原住民族阿美族人。曾任新北市政府文化局长，以及新北市原住民族行政局长，以及高雄县政府文化局长。2024年，当选中华民国第11届立法委员。[1]

2023年11月，获中国国民党提名列入2024年中华民国立法委员选举不分区立法委员第六名，于安全名单内。[2]
2024年2月1日，就任中华民国第11届立法委员。
