李起头（?—?），南北朝时期北魏官员，祖籍陇西，是唐朝开国皇帝李渊伯祖父，太祖李虎的大哥。
北魏幢主李天锡，字德真。生有三子：长子李起头，次子李虎，三子李乞豆。李起头被封为长安侯。生子李达摩，在北周担任羽林监、太子洗马，封为长安县伯，其后无闻。在唐朝没有建立宗室房。
