曾宰（1022年—1068年），字子翊，南丰（今属江西）人。
生平
曾巩之四弟，聪明好学，不减乃兄。宋仁宗嘉祐六年（1061年）王俊民榜进士，历官舒州司户参军、终官潭州湘潭主簿。熙宁元年（1068年）春卒，葬于南丰。
