明串球菌属（学名：Leuconostoc）为乳杆菌目明串球菌科的一属革兰氏阳性菌。细胞呈球形或卵圆形。广泛分布于植物、乳制品和其他食品中。此属的模式种为肠膜明串珠菌(Leuconostoc mesenteroides)。
