德大寺公全（1678年8月26日—1720年1月11日），是江户时代中期的公卿；也是藤原北家清华家的德大寺家当主。
德大寺公全在延宝六年（1678年）出生，是醍醐冬基的次子，后过继给无后的德大寺实维作养子。天和二年（1682年）他叙从五位下，历任侍从、左近卫少将与左近卫中将，在元禄五年（1692年）昇叙从三位，位列公卿。
元禄六年（1693年）成为权中纳言，后为踏歌节会外弁，至元禄十二年（1699年）昇为权大纳言。享保四年（1720年）十二月初二担任内大臣，同日逝世，享年40岁。
