张鉴文（1869年—？），浙江绍兴人，中华民国法律师、法官。
早年通过私塾学习法律，1920年，担任国际混合法庭助理法官，之后成为上海律师事务所成员，并成为当时调停美国、英国、中国、法国、俄罗斯、日本和葡萄牙的专家[1]。
