张学圣（？—？），是中国清朝官员，于1648年担任福建巡抚，主要从事福建之军政事务，品等约为二品。
1651年（永历五年）郑成功出兵广东，令从叔郑芝莞守厦门。张学圣得知厦门防务空虚，命兴泉道黄澍、泉州镇总兵马得功偷袭攻陷中左所（即厦门）。[1][2]
