弗朗索瓦·格里马尔迪（法语：François Grimaldi；？—1309年）是热那亚共和国的归尔甫派领袖，他在1297年1月8日成功带领部下占领占领摩纳哥岩堡垒，建立格里马尔迪王朝统治摩纳哥地区。
