巴巴多斯君主（英语：Queen of Barbados）曾是巴巴多斯国家元首头衔。其仅为国家之象征，无实权，职责仅为依总理建议任命总督，其余作为虚位元首的职务由巴巴多斯总督代行。

1966年11月30日，巴巴多斯脱离大英帝国独立成为英联邦王国。2021年11月30日，即巴巴多斯独立55周年当天，巴巴多斯从英联邦王国改制为议会制共和国，由新设立的巴巴多斯总统一职作为国家元首，取代巴巴多斯女王的宪法元首地位。
伊丽莎白二世为该国唯一一位女王，于1966年11月30日至2021年11月30日期间在位。
