巴里·莱文森

巴里·莱文森（英语：Barry Levinson，1942年4月6日－）是一名美国电视和电影导演、编剧和制片人。知名电影作品有《早安越南》、《睡人》和《雨人》^[1][2][3]，后者为他赢得奥斯卡最佳导演奖。

早年生活

他生于一个俄罗斯犹太裔美国家庭，母亲和父亲分别为是Violet "Vi" (née Krichinsky) 和 Irvin Levinson。他们从事家具生意^[4][5][6]。他毕业于华盛顿特区的美利坚大学。后来到洛杉矶从事演员和编剧工作。

事业

1988年他导演《雨人》赢得奥斯卡最佳影片、最佳导演、最佳原创剧本和最佳男主角四个大奖。

个人生活

他生于一个犹太人家庭。1975年他与合作伙伴、女编剧Valerie Curtin结婚，七年以后两人离婚。他之后又与Dianna Rhodes结婚。他的子女有Sam, Jack, Michelle, 和 Patrick Levinson。

他拥有巴尔的摩金莺棒球队的少数股权。

目前他与妻子和两个儿子居住在康涅狄格州的Redding镇。
