基础课程文凭（Diploma of Foundation Studies），是香港的一种教育课程，由职业训练局所属的香港专业教育学院和青年学院开办，为中六完成香港中学文凭的学生而设。持基础课程文凭学历，并完成有关升学指定单元的毕业生，可报读高级文凭课程。 [1]
基础课程文凭属于香港资历架构第三级，毕业生等同毅进文凭毕业生。基础课程文凭2021/22学年全日制资助课程学费为$20,500，一般修读期为1年，其学历获香港政府认可，等同香港中学文凭考试五科第二级（包括中、英文）的学历。
