和三盆（日语：和三盆／わさんぼん Wasanbon）是一种原产自日本香川县和德岛县等四国地方东部的糖。和三盆是一种黑砂糖，色泽淡黄而颗粒匀细。“三盆”之名来自其制作工艺“在盘上研磨砂糖三次”（盆の上で砂糖を三度“研ぐ”）[1]。
德岛县生产的和三盆叫做“阿波和三盆糖”，而香川县则叫做“讃岐和三盆糖”。也被当做一种贵重的特产来出售。
