吕孟玮（1995年8月13日—）是前台湾男子篮球运动员，场上主打前锋位置。
生平
吕孟玮出身东泰高中与台北市立大学，2018年7月参加超级篮球联赛新人选秀会但落选，后加入台湾银行，2019年2月顶替队友谢宗融参加灌篮大赛[1]，最终与队友泰勒（Joseph Taylor）一同拿下灌篮大赛冠军[2]。
