吉田神社（よしだじんじゃ）是位在日本京都府京都市左京区的神社。为二十二社，旧社格为官币中社（现神社本厅的别表神社）。
室町时代末期，吉田兼俱创始吉田神道（唯一神道），吉田家作为神社界的宗家，支配全国的神社・神职，到明治时代为止在神道界拥有绝大的权威。
