古原白蚁科 (Termopsidae) 为一群已灭绝的白蚁，蜚蠊目。2009年古原白蚁科中的5属被移出并建立了原白蚁科，古原白蚁科只剩下化石物种[1][2]。
从此化石物种皆被分配至该科，但是有些古原白蚁科的物种不一定比原白蚁科来得古老，甚至有些原白蚁科可能是古原白蚁科的基群物种。

同物异名
1911年为原白蚁亚科，由 Nils Holmgren 命名，1949年被 Pierre-Paul Grassé 提升至科级[3]。
