南卡罗来纳州第七步兵团（7th South Carolina Infantry Regiment）是美国南北战争时邦联军队中的一支步兵团。
成立
1861年春天第七步兵团成立于南卡罗来纳州的巴特勒哥伦比亚营(Camp Butler Columbia n)。成员都来自埃奇菲尔德郡和阿布维尔郡(Abbeville)，除了霍里自愿兵(The Horry Volunteers)的都来自霍里郡。
隶属
南卡州第七步兵团是第一兵团中，约瑟夫·科晓(Joseph Kershaw)准将之军旅中的一个步兵团，参与过不少主要战役。由于死伤人数高，此步兵团又名为：The Bloody 7th
