北德文（英语：North Devon），英国国会一郡选区，包括英格兰西南部德文郡北部，与北德文区同域。
始设于1832年，当时称为德文北区（Northern Division of Devon），应选两席，1885年被撤，1950年恢复。本区是自民党和保守党争持的选区。自1992年任下议院议员、自民党的尼克·哈维在2010年大选中以47.4%选票胜出该区[1]连任。
