利苍（—前186年）是西汉初年吴氏长沙国相，初代轪侯。《史记》记载为利仓[1]，《汉书》记载为黎朱苍[2]。1973年湖南省长沙市马王堆二号汉墓出土的印章显示为利苍[3]。妻子是辛追。他于汉惠帝二年四月庚子（前193年5月17日）以长沙相封为轪侯，食邑七百户。封地在江夏郡轪县（今河南省罗山县和光山县之间，一说在今湖北省浠水县兰溪镇）。马王堆二号墓为其墓葬[3][4]。
