在篮球运动中，全场紧迫（英语：Full-court press），是一种防守战术，在对手传球之前及之后，持续紧盯对手，以增加对手压力，经常在攻击方还没进入防守方半场之前，在对方半场就进行防守。可能会采取人盯人防守或是以区域联防方式，形成紧迫区（zone press）。全场紧迫的缺点，易耗费力气，难以对付长传跟快攻（fast break），因此在职业篮球中较少使用[1]。

只在半场进行紧迫防守，是全场紧迫的一种变形，称半场紧迫（half-court press）。
