在托尔金（J. R. R. Tolkien）奇幻小说里的中土大陆，伊菲尔杜斯（Ephel Dúath）或黯影山脉（Mountains of Shadow）是魔多（Mordor）南部及西部边界的山脉[1]。伊菲尔杜斯在辛达林语解作“黑影的围墙”。黯影山脉在黑门（Black Gate）与另一山脉伊瑞德力苏（Ered Lithui）或灰烬山脉（Mountains of Ash）连接。两座山脉有效地封锁魔多，防止敌人从南西北三个方向入侵。米那斯魔窟（Minas Morgul）防守着黯影山脉的主要通道，包括被诅咒的魔窟都因河（Morgulduin）。
部分隐蔽的阶梯越过魔窟都因河北岸，直抵西力斯昂哥（Cirith Ungol）。德桑城堡（Durthang）亦位于黯影山脉。
